After we receive the request, we will review the information and contact you back for more details and to secure copies of records or images pertinent to the case. The fee is minimum $100 for records review and a phone call to you or your veterinarian. Payment arrangements will be made prior to full discussion of the case. If only a short email reply is requested without review of a case, please use our Contact Form. Dr. Ford is happy to answer short questions at no charge when time allows.
